This machine is a hydraulic press for thin-walled metal expansion forming, which is suitable for high-pressure water expansion forming of thin-walled metal containers, especially for metal containers with small belly and big mouth that can not be solved by general stretching process. The expansion forming of integral ball in lock-making industry is a typical example. The main machine pressure is used to lock the mold, and the high-pressure water injected by the high-pressure water workstation can reach 90Mpa. Machine coordination has a single cycle linkage, but also has its own independent control system. When the main engine is independently controlled, it can completely achieve the characteristics of semi-automatic circulating single-column hydraulic press.
