This machine is a horizontal axle press hydraulic press. It is mainly used for press-in and disassembly of wheels and transmission shafts of railway locomotives, trains, buses and dumpers. This machine has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control, which can realize two working modes of adjustment and semi-automation. Its working pressure and stroke range can be adjusted at will. The press seat of the machine can move along the rail, so the distance between the master cylinder piston and the press seat can be changed to adapt to the press-fitting of various workpieces. The machine is also equipped with an axle press-in recorder, which can automatically record the pressure-displacement curve.
