The press is suitable for use I pressing powder of Woll-arm.Cobalt.Titanium alloy and presses all kinds of shaoes as measuring tools of hard metal aiioy and dies.There are two pressing cylinders in this machine,max piston force of lateral cylinder’s is 1200KN,uses clamping dies,max piston force of main cylinder is 1000KN ,uses pressing powder etc.There are two-hands push buttonson the press in the front and back and can be operated separately.OperatiNO.method is divided into manual and semi-automatic.

This press is designed for pressing wolfram and molybdenum materials and powder of their alloy.It can be produce barshaped blanks and blanks in other shapes. The press has main cylinder and side-cylinders.The max.press of side-cylinders for clamping the dies is 550MT.The max.pressure of main cylinder for the forming of metal powder is 500Mt.Hith pressure valve in the circuit of side-cylinder enables the piston in the main cylinder to work independently.The press is made up of hydraulic system,electric ystem and auxilisrydeices.Working tables,pressure indicator and control boxes are available both before and behind the press. Thus enables tow workers to operate the press at the same time.Theconeying cylinder can draw the die or push the die uot.
